🐌 What is a Snail Mail Club?

A snail mail club is a subscription where members receive curated letters and creative goodies sent through the mail each month, unlike a digital newsletter. Everything arrives in a real envelope that you can hold open and look forward to each month.

🗓️ When Do I Get My Letter?

I send out DaniMAIL on the 15th of each month. US members should receive their letter within 3-8 days of sending. 

🌍 Do You Ship Internationally?

At this time, I do not ship internationally. But I plan to in the Future 

❗️ What If I Didn't Get My Letter?

If your DaniMAIL doesn't arrive, email us at hello@danieltrelenberg.com, and we will make it right either by resending your letter. Please make sure your address is right

At this time, we are unable to offer refunds. Due to the nature of small-batch creation, all sales are final. If your mail is lost or damaged, please contact us at hi@danieltrelenberg.com for support.

📬 What If I Need to Cancel or Change My Address?

Just email us at Hello@danieltrelenberg.com and we will end your subscription or change your address!

Make sure to email us before the 15th of the month so we can adjust your address or subscription before sending!
