14-Day Return Policy for Daniel Trelenberg Studios

At Daniel Trelenberg Studios, we take pride in offering high-quality fine art pieces. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process.

Eligibility for Returns

1. Time Frame:Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.
2. Condition:Artwork must be returned in its original condition, without any signs of damage or alteration.
3. Original Packaging: Artwork must be returned in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.
4. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase must accompany the return.

Non-Returnable Items

- Custom or commissioned artworks.
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Damaged or altered artworks.

Return Process

1. Initiate Return: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@danieltrelenberg.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the artwork is damaged.
2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
3. Shipping: Pack the artwork securely in its original packaging. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
4. Insurance: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

- Inspection: Once we receive your returned artwork, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
- Processing Time: If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Partial Refunds: If the artwork is not returned in its original condition, we may offer a partial refund or no refund depending on the extent of the damage or alteration.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damage along with your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by replacing the artwork or issuing a full refund.
