    🐌 WHAT IS A SNAIL MAIL CLUB?

    A snail mail club is a subscription where members receive curated letters and creative goodies sent through the mail each month, unlike a digital newsletter. Everything arrives in a real envelope that you can hold open and look forward to each month.

    🗓️ WHEN DO I GET MY LETTER?

     I send out DaniMAIL on the 15th of each month. US members should receive their letter within 3-8 days of sending.  Currently, we only mail to members within the USA. I will be exploring international shipping in the next few months. 

    ❗️ WHAT IF I DIDN'T GET MY LETTER?

    If your DaniMAIL doesn't arrive, email us at hello@danieltrelenberg.com, and we will make it right either by resending your letter.At this time, we are unable to offer Refunds: Due to the nature of small-batch creation, all sales are final. If your mail is lost or damaged, please contact us at info@danieltrelenberg.com for support.
